The maintenance team always uses quality materials to perform repairs on our rental units. The repairs keep the office spaces highly functional and comfortable for our tenants. We want our tenants to feel immense pride in their workspace upon setting foot in the office each day. Our maintenance team ensures our tenants always have a workspace that fills them with pride.

Our eight level office building is regularly monitored by courtesy officers throughout the workweek. Our courtesy officers arrive onsite at 7am in the morning and remain on the job until 9pm at night. We provide this courtesy to our tenants from Monday through Friday each week. Our entire team of professionals work together to make our office building an excellent place to run successful companies.
